Hey all,
Wondering if you all could help me(again), I've got this quest completed, but it turns out I need to go back inside the instance to talk to someone to complete it. It's green to me now and I don't want to lose out on the free experience. Thankfully I'm a rogue, so I'm wondering:
1. Will I be able to stealth through and talk to quest completer?
2. Which entrance of Mara would be best to enter? (I'm a huge Mara newbie)
3. What does this person look like that I need to talk to and where in Mara is he?
4. Any other tips would be greatly appreciated!

Celebras is a huge demigod that looks like a male nightelf centaur thing. His friendly form appears after you kill his cursed form. He's on an island in the middle of the green river leading to the inner part of Maradon. Unfortunately, although you may be able to stealth through the entire purple or orange wing, you will need to kill him and his adds before you can turn in the quest. This is impossible for a low 50 (especially if you don't have aoes for the adds), and difficult for even a moderately geared 60. Fraid you'll have to bite the bullet on this one. Although imo, if you're already 53, you don't really have to bother with the staff. It's not hard finding someone that has it already, and you'll be too high for the instance pretty soon anyway.
Aw rats, guess it's not worth the bother. Although you did lose me on the staff part, what staff? Is that the quest reward? What if someone has it already? Not following.

"Completed" is a funny word when it comes to these quests. I'm not sure if you get a "Completed" flag when you acquire the two halves of his staff (found under 'items needed' on the link you provided) dropped from Vyletongue and Noxxion as mentioned in the quest description. To complete this quest, you need to kill Vyletongue and Noxxion, loot their corpses to get the pieces of the staff. Proceed to kill Celebras, and his ghost will appear, and assemble the staff. The staff may then be used to create a portal to earth song falls in the instance. I would recommend bringing a group, and consulting a guide on the instance for details.
The staff is the end reward for doing this quest chain. By killing celebras and then following his instructions afterwards, you will be rewarded with a staff: Scepter of Celebras, which can be used to create a portal that will teleport you and your party to inner Maraudon (you create the portal in a room outside the instance, which you can get to by taking the path in between the purple and orange tunnels). This allows you to skip all that trash in the orange and purple wings, and leads you right to the later bosses (and the sweeter loot). Usually, by taking this path, you can get to the main instance boss (Princess Theradras) in about an hour. That's why this run is called Mara Princess. I like this run a lot, because it's shorter than a full instance, the bosses are relatively close to each other, and the drops are pretty sweet. As I've said before though, it's not hard finding another person with the scepter and only one person is needed to create the portal to transport the whole party, so getting it is entirely optional.
