Hi i'm honored with thunder bluff and noticed that to buy a riding skill it costs 810g. I've heard 720g from a lotta other players including other tauren...but they said that they were only honored? I dunno but do I need more rep with the city?

I think they may be referring to the Alterac Valley mount training. I am not entirely sure, but I think that may be cheaper. If not, I really have no clue why theirs would be lower, unless you didn't interpret your rep bar right.
I know that, at least before the patch, if you hit rank 3 in pvp and honored with your faction you could buy training for 720g.

it's same training.. unless AV is 75 skill ofc.. 75 skill = 72g or something if you're rank 3 + honored

This is pissing me off, I just started when the got rid of ranks and I was only rank 2. How am I supposed to get rank 3 when there are no more ranks..

Wait until burning crusade before buying riding skill. In beta the cost was lower, I think because you need to buy yet a higher riding skill for flying mounts. You may save a couple hundred gold...
