Level your fishing, go to Tanaris, and fish stonescales til you have your mount.

Probably the fastest way.

How high should the fishing be(bobbers included)?

The best place to start fishing is Darkshore. Look for Gubber Blump and do the quest The Family and the Fishing Pole. Start there and work your way up.

Besides fishing, consider Wondroustremor's money making tips. I hesitate to tell you to change professions, but leveling herbalism or mining would be a moneymaker for you. Could you stand to lose the leatherworking, since you are fairly low on that? Honestly, with what you can make on the other gathering professions, you could buy gear after you get your mount.

I completely agree. I would drop LW and pick up either Herbalism or Mining.

i was thinking of dropping leatherworking also, but ive been makeing leather kits and selling them in stacks on the AH. But which one would make me more money mining or herbalism?

From personal experience (although I haven't leveled herbalism I looked at prices) and found that mining tended to sell a bit better, at least at lower levels, than herbalism. Where a stack of copper bars (the first things you will mine) sell for almost 1g a piece (depending on server of course).
