Ok how do I get up my reputation with gnomes? I mean like where should I go (level 45 or below areas, preferably not dungeon quests) to get another 1000 reputation points with them?
I just need it so I dont have to spend as much on engineering stuff.

The easiest thing to do would be to run Gnomeregan I would say. Unless you have already run Gnomer and completed all the quests in there.
Runecloth turn ins. You can turn in cloth for Gnome rep with the Alliance Clothmaster located in Tinkertown, I believe.
