How do i get to the Badlands?Follow

Hey

I have recently started a horde mage, since i got tired of the bg queue as alliance, and i got a quest which tells me to go to the Badlands.
So now im wondering, how do i get into Badlands as a lvl 36 Mage? i tried to walk throu Searing Gorge, but without much luck and gave up rather fast.

So if anyone know of an easier way?

Thanks in Advance.

It'll be a long walk, but I think this is how most do it...

1. Fly to Hammerfall
2. South through the Thhandol Span
3. Pass through the Wetlands
4. Continue on through Dun Morogh or Loch Modan
5. From around the Excavation Site/ Uldaman area Kargath (Horde Town -- don't forget the flight path) is to the South West

Things to remember:

-When passing through the alliance area, don't attack the guards, just keep running.
-It may be helpful to have a level 60 (or high 40s+) make the trip with you. They can aggro the alliance so that you have a safe run-through the alliance area.

-Binding yourself to Kargath isn't a horrible idea. It's in the middle of nowhere... Uldaman is by it, as is Blackrock Mountain.

Hope this wasn't too confusing. >.>

No it wasn't to confusing, didn't think of going from Arathi and down to Badlands, but now when you mention it, it might be far easier.

Thanks alot for the help.

No problem.

Only reason I know this is because my level 60 friend had to run me there the first time. It was such a long walk I put him on auto follow and went to go grab some food to much on. ^^

Thats true. But, my friend walked me because I asked if he could help me with my mage quest, so we had to go to Uldaman (through the back door) and since I hadn't been there, he walked me there. :)

He's one of the nicest players I know.

The shortest path is through the wetlands and loch modan, but I would recommend coming from STV. It will take longer and may result in many deaths, but you will get all the flight points for the future (and you gotta get them sometime).

First go to the zeppelin station and get the flight path, and pick up the one in booty bay at your leisure...

From the zeppelin station, run north on the road until you get to duskwood. Then run along the mountains on the south side. You can actually get pretty far up on the mountains if you go up the ridge immediately after crossing the bridge into duskwood (which avoids a lot of mobs). Follow the mountains around until you get to the road into Deadwind Pass, and go through to the Swamp of Sorrows. Get the flight point there and go back through Deadwind Pass.

Turn right as soon as you get to Duskwood again and go over the mountains through the waterfall to avoid the town and head north along the road into Redridge Mountains. Go straight over the hill and around the western edge of the lake. Go up into the mountains (to avoid the town) and run through the mobs camps. Pick up the road into Searing Gorge and run straight to Flame Crest to get the flight point.

Then run into Black Rock Mountain. Run around the ramp, and out the exit into the burning steps. When you get killed, rez at Thorium Point and save time. If you live, take the road around the eastern edge of the burning cauldron, and run along the north side to Thorium Point to get the flight path. Then run back along the north edge and find the pass into the badlands in the eastern mountains. The road goes to the alliance-only gate in the north east corner, and the pass is a little ways south of there, but there is no "road", just a pass you have to look for.

On the other side of the pass, turn left and Khargath is right there with the flight point. For a total time of about an hour running like a madman you will get all the Horde flight paths in the southern continent and never have to make the trip again.
