My roommate says he thinks the one he had is called Player Dragons or something but is not sure if it's updated for the Patch.

If you mean the gold dragon around the portrait, my roommate had a mod that did that pre-patch. No idea what it's called though.

I know there is this UI that if people donate to the people who make it they will get the elite border around their name, other then that no idea.

Then again you need the mod to see it so...

I used to have one:

It may still work with 2.0, but it used the honor ranking to determine the border. Since the rankings are not used now, it is kinda pointless.
