Hey can anyone tell me what is up with the portal in twighlight grove in Duskwood? Also, how about the one in the mage quarters in the tower in SW?

Searching there for Twilight Grove gave me this. Seems it's a portal to the Emerald Dream, which is not accessible currently.
Doesn't say too much about the SW Mage Quarter's portal, though... just mentions that it exists. Hmm...
