I decided to post it here since i have read posts from people saying HUNTER OR DRUID in the hunter forum.
First of all i have played WoW before. I am starting fresh with horde, i have never played horde or warrior or warlock.
My main was a level 30 mage and i have taken like a 6-7 month break

No one can ever give answers but they can give opinions.
I like warlock because I've done warrior thing is if you like taking
DAMAGE. I would try warlock.... But the Warlock
would be if you like CASTING and HAVING A PET

Ask anyone who has alot of exp in being other classes and warlocks. (I personally have not been warlock) but warlock is classed by most people on my server as proberbly the most fear class to fight, in the hands of someone who knows Lock well, they can be devestating even so in PvP instance. I regret making rogue and warrior, and wish i had lock instead =(

See I'm destruction specced now so I do great Dps on short notice, and I've got my pretty demons to help me in whatever I need, imp for extra damage, succy for general pvp, felhunter to kick caster *** and my precious tanking voidwalker.
And if I ever get bored of dishing out immolate+conflagrate like a ******* I can always change my spec and have some fun kiting mobs/players to their untimely Dot'd death or get me that big *** Felguard Soul-linked to tank and rape low-armored classes ^_^
Anyways, maybe I am not that great of a person to answer to your question, as I would literally take absolutely ANY class before warrior (I find them laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaame).
But it does seem more good warriors are needed and are generally welcome all around and in most guilds.

Since these two races not look like each other its hard to say. Choose Warrior if you like melee and protect others, and Warlock if you wanna go damage and being great in solo. I got 1 of each class in the 23, and i both had times i think it was boring and times it was fun. I would like to have a lvl 60 of each, so i would say, its up to you what is best.
Warlock, pet/free mount/much more usefull than warrrior most of the time in PvE and PvP.

well the lvl60 mount isn that free but its cheaper
