What classes cover the whole experience?Follow

What combination of classes would cover all the different aspects of wow? I currently have a 60 druid and mage. The mage can DPS and AOE, and the druid can do just about everything else, of course spec and gear needed to do it well. But does that cover most of the game? Or would you suggest trying a third class? I had considered warlock, pally, and now am thinking of hunter.

I have a low-level hunter, and do have fun with the class, but is the experience that much different from mage? If you were to begin from scratch, what combination of classes would you take to end game, to enjoy everything the game has to offer?

Honestly all the classes play fairly different. Ive played Druid, Hunter, Shammy, Warrior, and Rogue, and they were all very different in strategy and feel.

But maybe I misunderstand what you're getting at.

Every class I have tried has been different play styles. I've tried most of them. It's a game so I would suggest if you have fun playing it then there's no reason not to. If you want to make another class go for it. Who knows, the next class you try might be your favorite.

One class I ahevn't tried that I thought might be quite fun is a shaman. Like you I have tried both mage and druid. My original main was a warrior and that was quite different and at low levels quite tough to play but always in demand

I wuold say that of the 3 classes you mentioned lock wuold be more diffrente experience from the druid/mage one. I tried only in the low levels almost every class and must say that with druid and lock i had the most fun.

Well, part of my question was the style of play, which you guys have good input.
I think a better way to word my second question is:
If you wanted to have a batch of characters, and be able to hop on one to cover any situation, what combination of classes would you use?

The reason I ask is because my two main chars are on different servers. I think I will transfer so they are on the same one. If I want DPS or quick farming, I have my mage, if I need a healer or tank, I can use my druid. But do you think one more class would fill a gap, and be an advantage to have?
