Can someone give me a name or two of a co-ords addon... that WORKS?

I have tried MapNotes but it unexplainedly stopped doing it's coords a while back and I could never remember to type the "mnm-tloc" (or similar) that it demanded.

Is there anything around that will simply put a dot on the world map, when I type /tloc ? I don't want / need a suite of functions. Just that will do.

I use Simple Minimap. It's working for me, and as an added bonus, I can move the minimap anywhere I want on the screen.

Edit: Here's the link.

11. I see coordinates show up on some posts. How do I get coordinates to display in my game?
The stock game does not display map coordiantes. You need to use an add-on in order to display them. Many different coordinate addons can be found at curse-gaming:

Punky Coords
Koordinator
cMinimapCoordinates

Additionally many full-blown interfaces like Titan Panel, have the feature built in.

or, you can create a macro:

Create a macro using this script (just copy & paste it):

/script px,py=GetPlayerMapPosition("player")
/script DEFAULT_CHAT_FRAME:AddMessage(format("[ %s ] %i , %i",GetZoneText(),px*100,py*100));

You click on the macro and it will give you your coordinates in the chat pane.

Now you can use all those quest tips where they only give you coordinates for the mob/item you are looking for.
*note* this macro has been tested under patch 2.0.1

These addons are all great, Simple Minimap not being simple but very useful (and I now use it), but none of them allow me to type /tloc.

EDIT:

I guess I'll go with MapNotes' /mntloc, though it does feel a bit odd. The sooner Cosmos can sort out its /tloc the better.
