Did improved overpower get toned down?Follow

I had been absent the past few months so forgive me if this was already addressed but did the calculation on improved overpower get changed? I'm sure it used to crit more often than not but now it seems to crit not much more often than my regular hits. Or is it just my imagination?

nah, its still the same +25% to overpower crit per talent point (+50% maxed).

my OP has about a 73% chance of critting. which is nice, but not when it lights up from some mage dodging execute >.<

i mean...what are the friggin chances?!
