What's an "UNdead Rough"? A lvl 54 "UNdead Rough" at that o_O;;.

Blizz had better take out the nerf bat, "UNdead Rough" sounds serious.

Try Google if you are looking for detailed information about specific instances. You can normally find multiple strategy guides and maps for each one. If you need more detailed mob information, you can search by type or name on this site.

/OT - Just for fun, I plugged the original post into Word. The results are listed below:

Spelling errors - Signature (2) / Main Text (8)
Grammar errors - Signature (2) / Main Text (1)

If you can't type or spell, please use a spell checker in the future.

really threw me.

Huh?

Google itself doesn't contain any Viruses or Spyware. If you're concerned about the links it finds via searching, then protect yourself before you view them. Disable Java, have a decent (updated) AV program running, and run scans after you're done. It's really not that bad if you protect yourself first though.

It is posts like this that make me wish I was able to participate in the rating of posts. I don't know if I would have down rated the original post for the errors and grammar but trying to participate in a flamewar with this level of posting abilities is like participating in global thermalnuclear warfare with nothing more than a sharp stick.

PS. most of all I am wondering whether a lvl 54 UNdead Rough drops any good loot? ;-)

OK, something about instances ... stay out of them and stop sleeping in class. I see that you are probably not a native speaker, but you don't seem to have any interest in making the effort to be understood. That is sad.

I have an English major that I see three times a semester -- first class, mid term and final. Why? He is an avid World of Warcraft player. His English is horrible, he is a non-native speaker from a completely different language group, and he can still compose a better 250 word essay. The mishmash of 1337 and SMS speak, combined with your artful mutilation of the English language, is a horror that I will be using in future classes as an example of how to look really foolish in public by not caring about how you present your words.

If you use the quest guides at the right side of the page, you will find that they give map coordinates for all or nearly all important elements of a quest. A simple add on will allow you to see them on your mini map. Seriously, however, let up on the Warcraft and hit the books, try to hit the next skill level with yourself and not a toon.

lan·guage
[lang-gwij]
noun
1. a body of words and the systems for their use common to a people who are of the same community or nation, the same geographical area, or the same cultural tradition: the two languages of Belgium; a Bantu language; the French language; the Yiddish language.
2. communication by voice in the distinctively human manner, using arbitrary sounds in conventional ways with conventional meanings; speech.
3. the system of linguistic signs or symbols considered in the abstract (opposed to speech).
4. any set or system of such symbols as used in a more or less uniform fashion by a number of people, who are thus enabled to communicate intelligibly with one another.
5. any system of formalized symbols, signs, sounds, gestures, or the like used or conceived as a means of communicating thought, emotion, etc.: the language of mathematics; sign language.

I agree with Prince... My brain literally hurts from reading his "language". I use that term liberally as liberally as possible since the point of language is to convey a message or intent and I'm still not sure I've been able to discern what it is he needs...

Ugh.

If you don't want to be ignored, use proper English. This includes capitalization, punctuation, and not using abbreviations or 1337-speak. The same holds for in-game - you can't be taken seriously without knowing how to write. If you are unsure of your spelling, there is online help available at Dictionary.com. Dictionary.com also provides a thesaurus, so you can try using different words in your sentences. The best reference for sentence construction that I've found is on Wikipedia.

People care about grammar, spelling, and punctuation. When your English is sloppy, then you come across as sloppy. If you use leet, you come across as juvenile. When you use swear words, you come across as a moron. It's up to you to decide how you want to present yourself.

Sneaky... OP necroed this from a month before. Seeing as the last post was Nov. 20th and the OP necroed on Dec. 25th, I bet it got missed by a few.

Oh well, Santa doesn't like Christmas necroes. Smiley: sly

I don't know what's worse:

Laughing really hard at work, drawing attention, then having a few fellow co-workers come over who all start laughing hysterically.

OR

My boss coming over after my drawn up hysteria. Laughing heartily himself at the situation, then scolding me for being on this website... to which I am still on ;)

I wonder if games make non-native speakers mis-construe the english language. Think about it for a second. You speak say italian (just an example) and you would like to start to learn english. You love playing games so you immerse yourself in an MMORPG; the when in Rome type of situation. Pretty soon you will pick up on the 1337 and all the other random jargon, abbreviations, and slaughtering of the english language. Not only that but you could consider it commonplace.

Just a thought, possible, not probable.

edit: I had a punctuation that did not belong... nor do I know how it got there -_-;
