the mantence was spouse to beggin at 6:00 am and end at 10:00AM
and its still not up after 1 hr. snd 30min. after ho much longer i nneeed to know please.

Take timezones into consideration - at least 4 hours back if you're -5GMT (like me). Only a couple hours more to wait. ;p
To make it easy on your Time Zone Challeneged self:
6am - 10am Pacific Time Zone (think California)
7am - 11am Mountain Time Zone (Think Colorado)
8am - 12pm Central Time Zone (Think Illinois)
9am - 1pm Eastern Time Zone (Think New York)
