Hey
I checked the faqs and every bit of information i could find and did not find anything related to this. Once i install the game and try to open it, i get the following message

"World of Warcraft was unable to start up 3D acceleration. Please make sure that DirectX9.0c is installed and that your video drivers are up to date"

My driver are up to date (just upgraded them 2 hours ago) and i have DirectX9.0c (installed it from WOW cd AND from microsoft.com just incase).

I'm using a GeForce 4 ti-4200 at 128 megs and am running on WinXP SP2. Is there anyone who can help me please? i really wanna play this game :(

*i can't spell >_<*

hav u downloaded the latest drivers? if u have and it still dosnt work go into dxdiag if dont no how to get into that just go to the start click run and then type dxdiag and it will come up with all the specs of ur comp click on the display tab and u will see direct x features and under it it it will have direct draw acceleration, direct 3d acceleration and AGP texture acceleration (if the bottom doesnt say that dont worry about it u dont need it. and anyways next to direct draw acceleration and direct 3D acceleration it will have a button to test them test them and go through with that and see if it comes up with any errors if it does it might be able to fix it if it doesnt reinstall ur drivers im not sure if it will work but thats all i can think of.

Well i'm thinking that my Vid card does not support Directx 9.0c because when i check dxdiag, it says that i have directx 9.0b installed even when i run the installation program for 9.0c. Is there a place where i can confirm this? I tried checking on the web but didnt find anything :/
