Ever since the patch, I've noticed a little bit of that jerky movement problem.
The game was running smooth before the patch so I'm not sure what is going on. :(

Personally I've had the game crash and boot me twice since the patch. It stabalized after playing for an hour, but I have yet to try it again tonight. Just thought I'd mention it in case anyone else had a similar issue.
Yeah i have been experianceing trainer problems when i would click on a trainer the window would come up then when i would click train me and error message popped up. Now i can't learn all of my new paladin spells. Can somebody help me?

My spouse had the jerky problem.
Deleted and re-installed, re-downloaded the patch, all smooth now.

A couple people have reported good luck with removing and then re-installing the game.
Effectively what that does is remove the intermediate patches and you go right to the latest one. It's like installing Windows and going straight to SP2 instead of installing SP1 first. The more the game is patched, the more error-prone it will be.

If i reinstall my game will it delete my charectores?
Nope. Characters are housed on Blizzard's servers. You would lose any UI customization though.
Since the patch, every time I open the game I get a message "Hardware settings have changed. Would you like to restore the defaults?" - and I assure you my hardward has NOT changed.
I click "yes" every time - and the game runs fine. Strangely, none of my in-game settings have changed.... Wierd
