i was just wondering y every1 goes to ironforge when the start the game. wats so good about ironforge??

I can't speak for anyone else on this one... I'm not in any great thumping hurry to get there with my Human and Night Elven characters. My Human Mage in Beta went to Ironforge when she had a quest to go there, and not a moment sooner. My Night Elf Rang... uh, Hunter went to Ironforge at around level 15, when his bags and bank were getting a bit overloaded with things to sell.
I wouldn't bother trying to go there at level 1. Too much to do at "home."

I think IF wouldn't be as bad once they get around to opening the other cities' Auction Houses. I mean you can almost see where it would be in Stormwind (big empty stone building in Dwarven Area). I'd love it. I hate beating my way through the entire Alliance to bid.
