Patch Video issuesFollow

Since I downloaded the patch, I have had really bizzare frame rate and "jumpy" issues. Normally, running at 1280 x 1024, I get about 16 fps and inside a building or in a small area I get around 20 fps. After waiting FOUR HOURS to download the patch I installed it and started playing, relizing, even with a frame rate of about 22 fps outside, in Redridge, I looked like I had about 3 fps, it was all jumpy and my lagnecy was at 70ms. I went inside an inn and went down into the cellar and I got an unholy 70fps, something I have never seen, and unlike above you could tell it was 70fps. Even when I set all options to the lowest setting nothing really noticably improved... Did this happen to anyone or does anyone know how to fix it?

I'm having the problem of my character and all other characters being invisible. I can see the shadows running around and npcs but not players. Some of my chars I can see, but not other peoples, and some I can't even see my char. I downloaded the patch from filefront.com and I'm wondering if something might have been messed up. Anyone else having similar troubles? I thought it was lag, but i was logged in like 10 minutes and they were still invisible.

I have the jump frame rate as well. It's kinda like lag but it's steady not in spikes. The patch screwed something up. But it doesn't make the game unplayable it's just annoying as hell.
