Problem's I'm getting with Cosmos...Follow

Alright, I know there's a million topics on patch day cosmos problems, but mine seems a little different from the rest.

I downloaded the game patch, and had to turn off cosmos for an hour or so before they had their patch out. After I got the cosmos patch the game loaded up fine, no errors. However, when I'm inside the game cosmos still doesn't work, and I can't send tells or talk in the guild chat. Also, where the cosmos options usually are it says 'Outdated Cosmos'

I've tried everything short of reinstalling the entire game to fix this. Uninstalled and reinstalled Cosmos, gone through all the required files and changed them to 4150, downloaded .exe's that did that for me, deleted the interface folder and downloaded a 'good' one, still nothing fixes my problem.

Any ideas I haven't already tried would be greatly appcreiated.
