This site has a lot of recipres that thottbot doesn't have, but no information on where they come from. Drops? Loot? Locations? Drop percentages? Is this info on this site anywhere?
Not _entirely_ sure what you mean, but if you go into the beastiary and look up a mob, it has a list of drops with the percentages.
Keep in mind that those aren't entirely accurate since some might be quest drops and some might be skinning drops, etc.

Not trying to compare this to thottbot, but on their site if you bring up the Leatherworking list of items you get the big list and you can click on the recipes to pull up a list of what drops it or who sells it. If it is a drop you get all the mobs that they have listed as having dropped it along with the % of drop form that mob. Is there anything like that here?
I believe so (I'm confirming as I type this).
Go to the menu on the left (sidebar menu) go to By Trade... under Tradeskills.
Click the tradeskill you want. Click the item to bring up the recipe. Under the recipe click the component you want to find, then it should bring up a list of who sells it, what drops it, what it is used in, and what it is bought/sold for by merchants.
