where do i get the night elf mount?
Once you hit level 40, assuming your reputation with the elves is good, you can get them in Darnassus.
Well, first you have to be lvl 40
have 18 gold to learn how to correctly ride the big kittens and then 62 gold to purchase the mount.
then It should be in the second NE city.

I'm glad we can ride our allies' mounts now, those electric chickens looked horrible. Plus, it's going to be great to get a tiger for my gnome!

In addition to this - I saw a level 60 Gnome Rogue riding around today on an Undead steed. So apparently you can purchase steeds from the other side.

I think all the mount look pretty cool... altho the 'less' cool one would be the undead stead. I just don't like it.

Was the gnome a warlock? If so, that's just his class specific mount. I think Blizzard stated you can't get mounts from the opposite faction.

I'm almost positive he was a Rogue. Zipped by so quickly that I didn't get to do much other than go "uhhh".
