I happen to like PvP, but I have gained an understanding that it only really becomes fun once you hit your fifties and make it to sixty. Most "PvP" experiences people have before that are gankings and just general beatings by people a lot higher than them. Once you hit fifty, suddenly the level gap is closing, and players have a lot harder time killing you, and you can escape or fight on your own terms more often. I'm finding this out as I level, I notice that it becomes easier and easier to get away from unwinnable fights and to pick fights that I can win. As for the level 60 people vs. a whole swarm of 15-30's, if one of those people was a mage, you wouldn't win the fight until the mage was oom, he could just AE mass kill all of you, my guildie does it all the time whenever he gets into a big skirmish with people of any level, and it is wholly devastating.
