Combat sound?Follow

This game is pretty fun, but there is one thing that I am missing. Is there some sort of sound when striking a mob, or any grunts, or sound when you are casting spells? Because all I hear is the background music. I went into sound options to make sure everything was checked, but I have no sound in combat mode. This is the only game that does that and it's quite annoying. If there is supposed to a way to hear combat sound is there a way to turn it "on"? Or is any one else having this problem?

Its listed as Ambiant sound, turn it up a notch to hear the sound of your weapons and spells. Also all the little stuff, when you draw your weapon, footsteps, ect..

Turn off Advanced EQ in your EAX console. If you don't know what I'm talking about, ignore what I said.
