Im a big fan of dueling...

Ive never turned down a challenge myself, I dont mind a good defeat if I learn from it.

Now, you're not supposed to die in a duel. The defeated person drops to there knee's and the duel end's. Recenlty however, I have both killed somebody in a duel, and been killed myself.

Both times were in the town of Auberdine if that matters. The first time, when I killed somebody, I had unleashed a level 5 Eviceration, did massive damage, and the duel partner dropped dead. The time I died, I was fighting another Rogue, who managed to Gouge and then Backstab me. The backstab killed me, and I had to run back to my corpse and rez myself.

Has anybody else experienced this? Im thinking its just a glitch or something .. but if anybody knows why this is happening for sure, then im all ears :)

Uhhh, maybe you should read the patch notes, too. It says that Warlocks can no longer kill people in duels. It says that duels now start after a short countdown. It doesn't mention Rogues and backstab..

Take Care,
Cherreia.

I experienced this once myself. But the chance is very slim.. prolly like 1 real death in 100 defeats.
