I got my skill to 215 and the IF smith trainers are running out of plans to train me with. anyone know where i can go next to get the higher level training?

Well I know virtually 90% of the patterns for leatherworking past, say 220, are drops from mobs. So I would start by looking at the right tradeskill list to see if there are a bulk of plans for things. There may also be a quest, as i'm seeinf with a bunch of tradeskills, to do before you can continue to level it.

There's a Goblin in Booty Bay that teaches artisan crafting, he should be the next person you learn from, then after that it's specialization.
