If a player abandons a quest in his/her quest book can he later return to the NPC that gave him/her the quest to get it again.
How many times can you re-aquire the quest?
Is there any level restrictions on quests?
ie:a player is too high of a level to get a quest he/she abandoned a long time ago.

If you abandon a quest, the person who gave it too you again will have an exclaimation mark above his/her head.
Though, I've heard that you can be too high for this to appear; however you can still activate the quest by talking to the person.

No, but if you're too high the quest won't show up as a ! mark (you have to talk to the person to find the quest), and it will give severely lowered xp.

Thanks for everyone's prompt and to the point answers, I would close this thread if I knew how.
quest rewards aren't the only reason to go back and do grey quests, getting your reputation to honored gets you a 10% discount on air travel prices and on vendors and i sure the discount goes up once you get past honored, haven't gotten there yet myself tho.
