Ok, I have picked up a tradeskill that at this time I really do not want to do. How do I untrain it or is it even possible?

It is enchanting.

1. Press "c" to bring up the charactor menu
2. click on the skills tab
3. click on the enchanting skill
4. click untrain on the box for enchanting that showed up when you clicked the skill
