Im sorry for asking these here, but i think this is the best spot for a decent response.
If i want to get a weapon or armor enchanted, would i have to hand said items over to the enchanter so they could do it, or is there a safe way to handle this? Dont want to get ripped off, and this is pretty much the only thing i was wondering.
Oh yeah, i fish up locked chests alot i heard rogues can open them, would there be a safe way to do this as well?

In the bottom of the trade window is a box that says "This item will not be traded."
It means just that. This is the place where you can put items to be enchanted, or just to show others equips safely (without accidentally hitting the trade button instead of cancel).
I do not know about lock boxes, however.
