Tried looking this up on search but don't know if there was way too much information and it wouldn't go through my dial up at work or if there was none and it got stuck...lol either way I couldn't get search to work properly. Just wanted to know if there was any attributes that directly effect how much a weapon procs? Just recieved a 1hs the Phytoblade (just looked it up). So well thats it. Thanks for the help.

Weapon Proc during CB was based on Spirit, but they changed it so that its now a fixed % per hit, but I dun have any idea what the % is (it seems to be 5% in most other MMOs, no idea in wow).
