Well its Monday again Smiley: frown

How many of you achieved what you were trying to do? Do anything crazy, learn anything new?

-lvled to 27

-All new armor. Got my first head armor. Everything together makes me look like a retarded cirucs clown, but 2200 AC at lvl 25 was a godsend Smiley: smile

-Blackfathom instance. Got destroyed. Completely and utterly destroyed. Keibah and I with two lvl 22's got wasted. They were definitely too low in lvl, don't go in without a full group of 26's if you want to make it.

-Brought b-smithing and mining to expert level. Actually made something that sold to a vendor for 10s. I was ecstatic as I made like 15 of them with all the stinking bronze I have been carrying around. Found my first iron ore only to have someone take it as I cleared out the mob next to it. Was quite pissed.

-Started the Tome of Righteousness quest. Got 2/4 parts. Hoping to get the next 2 this week sometime so I can smite my enemies with a new big asss hammer.

-Spent all day looking for a copy of WoW for my little brother. Everyone was sold out everwhere! Funny to note, but every store had full, I mean completely full shelves of EQ2. Wow is Sony going to take a hit for this one. It was pretty funny. Smiley: lol

Share your weekend with us!

Level binge... now I am 29 and 178 in leatherworking.

Did the warsong boots quest. While traveling in Azeroth, did some exploring and ran into the human capital territory and was flag for PVP. Being lvl 29 and with my brother who was 26, we decided we werent high enough to survive here for long so we decided to port home. In mid-cast... a lvl 13-15 party of 3 alliance members attacked us. They died quick and painfully while trying to run away from hunters of all people.

Some others were just standing around and we saw in the yell chat gibberish and knew that we had to get out now ;p

It was uneventful after that.

Mmm, well, I took my Shaman to 37, got leather to 191, skinning to 273. I finally did that damned Scarlet Monastery quest and got me a Forcestone Buckler. Priorities include grinding to 40, learning to make mail, and saving enough for a mount.

Got destroyed by some level 50+ Alliance members and, in turn, defended The Crossroads from a level 40 Paladin and 40 Warlock (well, I took care of the Warlock, I can't take credit for the Paladin).

Took down a level 47 Elite Giant with a guildmate and three other fellows, though. That was probably the high point of the weekend, as lame as it sounds.

Went with a friend to our first Instance (Deadmines)... I was level 26 hunter, he a 22 Rogue...

Lessons learned: 1) Start instances with more room in your pack(s), 2) It takes more than two to actually make it on to the Pirate Ship alive and 3) Having someone who can rez would be handy.

Love the fact that we got our own "dungeon" and strategically worked our way thru the whole thing. (we use Teamspeak, which helped tremendously), it was fun as hell and I was feeling pretty good that we made it to the ship, we were half way up the ramp when the stealthed pirates jumped us from behind.

Well, I got my new PC and built it Friday night. Had a DOA power supply so had to go out Sat morning to get new one. Got second copy of WoW, set up second account and played all weekend with the kids. Started a new character to play with each of them, so my main was seriously neglected...but I had a blast. :-)

Hit lvl 32, finished a few quests. Killed Stitches in Duskwood (IE, i tapped him and than ran around in cheetah form till a guard took agro). Helped some RL friends (24 rogue, 20 mage) run through Deadmines (mage made out like a bandit, rare ring, rare staff, rare robes).

spent 2+ hrs camping the AH for new gear (now have 101 agility from base + equip)

hit lvl 22

farmed until i had enough money for all my lvl 22 skills (including Vanish, which i found out has a reagent requirement to use - o well, rank 2 Garrote, and distract)

hit herbalism to 125 and alchemy to 100

took the ACT on sat (never again shall i take one of those damned standardized tests!) and worked for 9 hrs on sun.

Plans for today: hit 23 and farm up to at least 2+ gp (don't have that much time)

Plans for rest of week after today: studying for midterms and not playing WoW. LAN pt this weekend, so i wont b back to WoW till nxt week Smiley: cry

Damn, i can't wait for christmas break (even though im working most of it Smiley: snore

I've been trying to clear up some of my quests, since ive had b/n 18-20 going at the same time for a while, now i think im down to 15 (keep getting more after i finish one).

I hope to be lvl 30 by the end of christmas break.

Friday, had class during the day, slept after class from noon until 5:00 PM or so. Played Warcraft for two hours on Friday night, leveled Na to 15. Worked on a motion piece for my studio class the rest of that night and stayed up until I had to go to work the next morning.

Worked my part-time job Saturday morning starting at 6:00 AM, thought I would get out around 1:00 PM but our closer didn't come in to close, so I had to stay later. Played for about an hour, time which I spent farming and crafting. Bought a cool sword despite the fact that I almost never melee. Worked on an unfinished 100-page book of visual form for an Imagemaking class that I took an INC in last semester. Spent time with neglected girlfriend and fell asleep around 4:00 AM.

Woke up Sunday afternoon around 3:00 PM. Got pizza for lunch. Found a court notice in my mailbox for a traffic violation I thought had been taken care of a month ago (apparently not). Freaked out about that. Worked on Typography III homework for Tuesday's class. Worked on conceptualizing new ideas for Monday's motion piece. Took a break and got dinner. Played Warcraft for two hours and got Na to 16. Started working on motion piece. Have been working on motion piece since then, it's now 10:00 AM and I'm waiting for a test to render, posting while I wait for it.

Classes end on Friday. Saturday will be orgasmic. Don't ever go to a real art school, be it for a BFA or MFA, because being a good artist is harder than being a doctor.

Great weekend for me. Only died maybe 30 times or so :). Leveled from 26 to 29 did all quests I had but a few elites and the tower of alathax or whatever it is called, feel like I am trying to wipe a race off of azeroth with all the killing I have done for the glowing soul gem which has yet to be found by me, those poor darkstrand guys.
Anyways went and grabbed a hyena pet because seemed like I didn't see anyone with one.
The highpoint of my weekend was taking on the elite dwarves levels 28-30 in wetlands at I was level 27/28 at the time and soloing wonderfully, until one decided to bring a friend to the party, well lets just say I look damn good as a wisp. Can't wait til next weekend :).

Didn't quite make my goal of 20, but came close, 19 1/2.
Made it to 140 skinning, and 80 First Aid.
Other than that, didn't really do too much.

-Leather to 158
-Skinning to 203(!) (have yet to see a yellow beast)
-Finished the Blackfathom instance (34 WAR and 27 Hunter with a 22 Druid...yeah it was hard! I'm sure Neph and I will do it again soon, have atleast two tanks and a good healer) and got the [Rod of the Sleepwalker], awesome DPS, +10 Spirit +11 Intellect schweet for Druid
-Got to 26, only 47s per ability lol
-Crafted my first Blue item

And now I'm anxiously awaiting 30 so that I'll have some chance of catching Neph....he's only 30k away from me haha.

1) Got the game!
2) Leveled Paladin to 11 and started my career in mining by extracting a bunch of ore late last night. Heading back to town tonight to try my hand at blacksmithing.
3) Solo'd Princess and grouped with a level 12 Paladin to take out Hogger.
4) Discovered a real neat Seal->Judge->Seal combo that is probably really, really old news here, but it's still neat when I figure out stuff myself :)
5) Fell out of the world in Stormwind, corpse was too far down to resurrect, had to call a GM. That was fun, not.
6) Low-level mob dropped a green item! A cool sword, so I got a sword skill and leveled it up to max, just to use this new weapen, very neat to get a great drop from a mob 2 level below mine.

Good weekend for me. Went from 12 to 14 over two days of casual playing. I had been holding onto all the linen I had found and was able to go from 0 in tailoring to 75 in one sitting. So, now I am getting ready to start looking for Wool.

Started a bunch of Westfall quests and have all my new level 14 spells and looking forward to working my way to the Vancleef Instance later this month.

Fun fun weekend and loving the game.

I did all that I hoped I would do. I leveled my Priest to 40, bought my horse, bought my spells and still had over 20g when it was all said and done. I'll help my guildies out during the week while I sit back and smell the roses for a bit. By weeks end... Back to questing.

Learned how to code exeption handling and multithreading in Java. Finished learning about Marxian analysis, Smith's neoclassical economics and Anglo-American corporate governance and wrote my exam. Getting ready to study linguistics when my computer exam is over ...

So yeah ... *gives everyone the finger, in envy*
