Sounds like a scam to me.

Remember folks, do not give out your credit card, game account, e-mail, whatever information to people who may request it to 'help' you. Whatever help this person could provide can easily be posted here in this thread.

...

Aye, sounds like a scam to me also... Although so long as he doesn't ask for any personal info... also i'm interested in something, in your post you typed "La Priore de Sion"... Now I know of two "La Priore de Sion" type things... One is some occult or something, forget exactly what... the other, well if you know what the other is then your off the hook >.>

I would wonder about giving anything out to someone who uses that... so can you tell me what the other is? I'll give you a hint, it deals with FFXI.

Gotta love the Internet.

La Priore de Sion are the ones who claim to be in possession of the mummified body of Christ.

Must be a scam cuz the method of doing this is simple as pie:

Use a US or Australian based address as the billing address when you open your WoW account. Apparently, the system only checks the validity of the card, not its billing address. This was the case on day 1 (Nov 23rd) when 6 of my UK friends registered using my address as the billing address of their credit cards.

There, no PMs needed.

so basically its like what people did with FF11 (im from the UK) i say im from alaska or something then just put my billing details to my real address right?
