where's the npc that can train me past 150? thank you.
on hord side goto the marsh, the map next to the berrans (bad with name. and go to the hord town. it;s the 1st road going north.
the npc will sell it there for 1g

umm, what bout Alliance. do they ave a npc to make training past 150?
I'm at Alliance.. and the only method I know is to buy the book in AH. But how about the receipes though...

You should be able to buy the book at the same place. I think those NPC's are neutral as there is a large alliance castle just a little bit down the road. Not completely sure on this though.
If that doesn't work you can always head down to gadgetzan and hit up the AH.
