Actually blizzard has gotten rid of the whole "gilseller" aspect by removing money all together. We now have a bartering system set up where we trade small pieces of metal for food and items

Money is no problem in WoW. Just don't go spend crazy.

Since you're training your class abilities every 2 levels, it tends to work like this.

You have 5 silver when you go train. Train all your abilities. Back down to 1 silver. Spend the next 2 levels questing, crafting, killing, etc.. Next time you go train you have 7 silver. Train all your abilities. Back down to 3 silver.

At least that's how it's worked out for me.

Actually, money can be a problem. I spent 7 gold on a guild tabard, and also have not been getting the uber drops many others have, so my equipment is a matter of AH, and the little luck I have had.

If you are a spend thrift, and don't need the best gear, only decent gear, you will be fine. If you take up a trade and are dedicated to it, you can make money. If you take up a trade that allowes you to craft your own armour over time, even better, and less money you have to spend.

Just remember, a little gold goes a long way.

Until at lvl40 you sorta *have* to buy your mount for 90gold so that you can do quests and not take 2 days to do so ;)

And abilities cost 2gold to learn and only become more expensive after that. Not to mention your so called epic mount.

Just do instances and youll have the best gear at your level after a few runs, not to mention the cash from drops.

I found that money is easy to get in this game. It is also very easy to spend.

Where at level 28 are you training for 1s per ability?

I'm-a switch to the Horde.

Nothing. That was just an example. I didn't want to start throwing Gold into it to scare the guy. Smiley: grin

Just to elaborate a little bit, Seoman's analogy pertains to the money you gain from just normal xp/quest behavior, if you wanted to take a break to just get money (farming lower lvl beasts for skins, running around mining, or just killing humanoid mobs to farm drops/cloth/money drops), then you'd be way ahead of the game, because the money accumulates pretty quickly doing this.
