I have a question, my last post didn't get a steady answer, and this is more of a question to everyone who gets good items from Instances.
1. Whats the spawn rate like? Is it 'Everyone Leaves and goes back in' spawning? Is it the normal but lengther time spawn?
1. I know of the Stockades, Blackfathom, and Gnomer--, but whats another good, mid level one?
I really want to pick up the Searing Blade, so I want to fight that one boss repeatedly in BF:D , I just wanna see if I'll be able to in a short period or not.

1a. Spawn times are greatly reduced. Normally the instance wont respawn on you untill toward the end(about an hour or so into it maybe, most likely a lot longer, but im just generalizing from earlier expierences), but it could be completely situational.
The way I understand it, they're supposed to only spawn after everyone dies and you go back in. if someone stays in then the respawn shouldn't happen, but currently does occassionally due to some glitches.
Theres also the deadmines (lvl 20+) in Westfall. A lot of people will refer to it as Van Cleef, as thats the subject of the quest.

Did the WC last night. I never died, probably cause of my level, same with our mage. As time progressed the raptors began to respawn when people were coming back after dying.
One person accidently respanwed at the graveyard, so he died 4 times trying to get back to us, wasn't a pretty sight.

Shouldve died more than that...since you do respawn at the beggining of the instance.
Normally an instance has a 2-3 hour respawn rate. Some instances have a faster rate, however.
For mid level instances, I only know of Horde ones, but: Scarlet Monastery and Razorfen Kraul.

Of the instances I have run: Deadmines, Stockades, BFD, SFK, RFK, Gneomeregan; they have all had very slow respawn times with the exception of the stockades which respawns rapidly but thats not too bad since its very short and you can generally avoid the side rooms anyway.
SFK: Shadow Fang Keep is a good level 25+ instance with some very nice drops specially for mages.
RFK: Razorfang Krull(sp?) is a nice lvl 30+ instance. Though the escort quest that was in there I found to be extremely hard for a group of low 30's.

Well there are some, glitches, with instances atm. One of them is respawn rates I believe.
Couple days ago, a level 32 friend and I went a little in Razorfen to do the tuber quest, took maybe 45min or so to get all of them. As we were heading back out the mobs we killed not 15min ago were popping on us again.
My firend also told me he had gone in once to do the escort thing in there (didn't have the tubers quest then, and no one else did either) and the NPC ran by mobs w/o slowing down or even reconignizing that they were there, besides the damage to him... Needless to say he died, but he did NOTHING, like the programming didn't THINK there would be mobs there so it wasn't loading the right thing.

Spawn rate is extremely long for normal creatures. Non-existant for named. You need to reset the instance for any specific items in the instance, although the random greens drop fairly frequently from generic elites.
The lowest-level dungeons for Alliance are Deadmines, Stockades, Blackfathoms, and Gnomeregan. There isn't anything else really until you get to Scarlet Monastery, however you could try going up into undead lands and do Shadowfang Keep, or down into the Barrens for Razorfen Kraul...good luck getting a group for either though.
