Alright, I'm sorry if it's been posted somewhere before, or the answer is easy to find, but I'm so frustrated on trying to find this information.
Where is the person (as Horde) to increase your First Aid skill? I've been at 150/150 forever, but I can't seem to find the person to increase it. Am I missing something?

Check out the outpost at Dustwallow and ask the vendors for the book to increase your cap (Brackwall or something like that).
