Whats the best race for each job?

I know, I know.. down the road your race ultimalty makes no differance as your job choice influences stat gains. However, based on starting stats and racial abilities.. which jobs seem to fit which race best? Opinions very, so feel free to add your's.

An example:
I think Night Elf's make the best Rogues. They have shadowmeld which aides there stealth. As well as the highest starting agility of any Alliance character (which heavily infuence's accuracy and critical hits)

I personally started a Night Elf Rogue for these very reasons, and absolulty love my character.

Anyway, tell me what you think and try to explain why. And remember, this is all just for fun (im really, really bored at work).

Yeah I know, but.. those are the facts. In early levels your race has some influence on performance.. but in the "end game" everything evens out.

With that said however, everybody chose there particular race/job combo for a reason. For some its purley becouse of appearance. But I myself chose based on things like starting stats and racial abilites, and figured many others probably did as well. Id just like to know the reasoning behind other peoples choices :)
