anyone know how to use Macros well?Follow

in FFXI i had a ton of useful macros, yet in this game i can't even make a simple macro that lets me cast two spells in a row. how, if possible, do i make:

equip swap macros?
item use macros?
put in a wait time?

any help would be apreciated, TIA
