quick cosmos ?Follow

is it possible with cosmos to get rid of the little windows that popup telling you what an ability does whenever you scroll your curser over it? i know you can move it so it stays on your curser, sits in the right corner, or goes to the top middle of the screen, but i'd just like to be rid of it... i can read the spells features in my spell book, after about 3 times using it i have a good enough idea what its going to do for me i don't need to see a description every time i use the durn thing... any info would be so very greatly apperciated... thx in advance.

Disable Props, that will solve that annoying problem...
