Depends. We need the following information to be able to help you:
1) Timezone
2) Server Type (PvP, PvE, RP)

Go to Utopia. On Utopia, there are no immature whiners, no corpse campers, no gankers, no losers, no rude kill stealers, no selfish Auction House price fixers... Everyone loves everyone else and PvP fights are always balanced and honorable.
Yeah - Utopia. If it's full, try Nirvana or Ideal World server.
