I just made a character on a PvP server last night and got to lvl 13. While running around i saw a lvl ?? Night Elf hunter so me and a few people teamed to kill it. Later on someone tells me that he was lvl 25.
Why couldnt i see his level?
Isnt there a penalty if you go around killing newbs?

if he's more than 10 levels than you, you won't be able to see his level.
Nope, the only time you get a dishonorable kill is when you kill an NPC that is much lower level.
