Just as the message says, I wasn't sure whether I had to be a certain level as well(I am a 17 Orc WAR) Thanks in advance!

I don't play an orc but generally the big city for your race is the place to go for weapon training, just go to the city and talk to a guard, he'll give you directions on where to get weapon training.

Well for a orc, you go to the Undercity for 2h swords, and for alliance its Stormwind for 2h sword. or any sword for that matter you have to go there. just ask in the actual gameplay and most of the time you wont get flamed and they will kindly tell you where to go for what.
