I just arrived back in New Mexico after a few months in Oslo, and instantly set out combing the town to find a copy of WoW for purchase.

8 stores later, I found one! The last one on the shelf, too!

Now I just have to wait for the updater to complete before I go stomp some Horde butt.

>:D

***edit: I'm so excited, I can't even spell properly***

I called my gamestop 7 frickin' times. For the 7th time, I expected to hear "sorry we don't have it" but I asked for the game card and the game itself. They said "we have both". I was literally shocked. :o

I went right after school on release day and got mine.
Actrually I had it reserved at a gamestop about 30mins away, but for some reason we have 2 gamestops at the mall that is near me, one gamestop only had reserved copies in, but the other happened to have a copy or two for selling. So I got it at my 2nd store (I would of got it at the place that I reserved it at, but my friend didn't wanan drive me all the way there lol)

Aacra, I guess that's two of us :P

I live in Albuquerque, though - it's hard enough finding things here, I can't even imagine how difficult it would be to find in Cruces.

Actually I managed to trick my gamestop into reserving the CE for me,.. but usually as for finding things... forget it.

The SE/LE is no where to be found, but the plain old edition was pretty easy. Try stores like Target, Toys 'R Us, Best Buy, Walmart... Anything you wouldn't think of as a "game store" right away and you'll find it.
