well im about to quit FFXI for this game and i was wondering a few things
1. Can you change jobs on the same character? (like in FFXI)ex: warrior~>mog house~>White mage?
2. how much is the monthly few for WoW, dose it increase on how many characters?
3. is there things like linkshells where you can all talk to people where ever they are? is there /tell?
4. do you start on one server? can you change servers? can you get a world pass?

1) No. You choose a Race then a Class. No changing.
2) It depends. You can choose 1 month, 3 months or 6 months.. Each ending up for the monthly fee decreasing. And characters aren't factored in.
3) Guilds. Yep. System is a bit different.. You have to make a charter and have 9 people sign it for it to become active.
4) You can choose any of the servers. Changeable, yes but not adding one character from one server to another. And you don't need world passes.

3. There are guilds which are just like LS's except instead of a color next to your name the name of the guild is under your name in < >'s
