Hey guys,I'm a experienced FFXI player and considering to switch to WoW.Could anyone please to compare these 2 games to me, pros and cons, comparsions and constrasts.
And some specified questions:
1.) Is Wow fighting style like FFXI? ( static) or Diablo? (dynamic)
2.) Do ppl kill monstors in a party? (as FFXI)
3.) Is it involved a lot of solo?
Afterall, which one u think is better one.

Hi, I havent been playing WoW that long. (no closed or open beta)
But ill try to answer your questions as best as i can.
1. I really wouldnt say its like either of them peronally. Its closer to Diablos style though, faster paced. I really didnt like how combat was done in FFXI. You have many more options in WoW on what you want to do at any given time.

3. That depends on you, Do you want to solo? If you do, then your in luck as this game is MUCH more forgiving to solo than FFXI, and any character class (not just 1, like that OTHER game) can solo all the way to the level cap if they so please. Although there is no reason you couldnt or shouldnt group up for experience. It just comes down to personal preference.
On another note, there are many quests and instanced dungeons that should be tackled as a group.
