I'm a Tauren hunter and I want to use a bow. The only bow I can find in Thunderbluff is a min level of 11.
Will I be able to use it at level 11?
Do i have to train somewhere to start my bow skill?
Where can i train if i need to?

You need to train in bows before you can use it.
The trainer would be either in Thunderbluff or in Orgrimmar.
edit: To find the trainer in those city, speak to a guard and ask for the weapons trainer. The guard will mark your map with the location.
