Learning 150+ cooking on Horde side :: World of Warcraft

Ok i know you can get this to learn cooking past 150

However, when I went there it was a Night Elf outpost and Im enemies with the person who sells the cookbook. It doesn't say antone else sells it. Anyone know how and where I can uncap my cooking from 150 on the horde side?

So you tried to go into the camp where she was and was attacked by the guards? Interesting that there is a Alliance Outpost so near a bunch of Horde cities, at least if its the area I'm thinking of.

Would you believe me if I told you that was the first time anyone was able to tell me where the Alliance book is? (And yes, I've asked.)

Sorry, I don't know where the Horde one is. The fishing one is in Booty Bay, though! (I think we probably all know that by now from hearing it asked 18 times in general.)

I even snuck around back the outpost and saw her but when I selected the vendor it was red and gave me the option to attack.
