Magic Resistance.Follow

Are there any items that can raise resistances to magic? So far i haven't seen any, and it just seems a little strange that you can pile on enough armor to make yourself allmost invincible vs physical attacks.. but magic allways does full damage?

Just wondering because magic allways seems to hurt me the most, and i was hoping to reduce the damage somehow.

Not sure on the overall effect of resists as I havent had that much trouble with casters yet but people who practice enchanting can add resists to some of your gear.

True indeed. At around 60 Enchanting, you can get a spell that places +1 to all resists on Cloaks. Granted, that doesn't seem like much - but believe me, every little bit counts. My Lv. 19 Mage (the one who does Enchanting) only has that 1 point across the board (plus her +10 Shadow Resistance from being Undead), but she still resists rather more often than I would expect.
