Has anyone else had the problem of the spell going off but not appearing on the screen and no dmg going through?

I bring this up because it happened to me 3 times tonight and I died each time because of it.

Same here, I /bugged it. Its gotten better recently where it will only lag behind like 3 seconds(I'd start casting, 1.5 seconds into casting it would launch one, then at the end of casting it would launch another, and then in the middle of something else another would launch from nowhere). So far ive only had 1-2 perfect casts.
