It's part of the premium member package - you get to search the forums... and it only costs about $3/month
If you use the site a lot, consider it... I personally believe it to be the best MMORPG site on the internet, and their efforts towards WoW have been very impressive. I especially like the new added guild roster. Click my guild name in my signature to see what I mean... Anyway I'm rambling :P
