Question regarding free 30 daysFollow

#1 Dec 01 2004 at 7:05 PM Rating: Decent
I read that when you purchase WoW it comes with a free 30-day trial online just like FFXI did. My question is do you need a credit card to take advantage of these first 30 days? I was planning on using game cards but they wont arrive here for a couple more days and I'm extremly impatient, and I want to get a feel for the game before I spend more money. So, is this possible? Or is it like FFXI where you need a credit card to even play? Any help would be greatly appreciated, because as soon as I find out I will either 1. go buy it 2. Be very sad, lol.

Thanks,
Svipdag

I meant do you need to actually buy a game card first in order to activate the first free month?

you cant play till u create an account, which needs a card number, either credit card, game card, or the gift card.

This wait for playing a game is annoying I've been waiting for the release of this game since last year...
