App failed to initalizeFollow

When I try to run WOWReader I get the message:

The application failed to initialize properly(0xc0000135)

Any ideas? Thanks for any help!

Run the .net update/fix deal.

That was it! I didn't see this error addressed with that fix. Thanks for the help!
